Options for Delivery

-In person
In person meetings can be arranged as well as delivery within the Bergen, Passaic, Hudson, or Rockland counties.

-By mail
Feel free to send your desired commission to me via priority mail, insurance is optional but recommended. Make sure all information is written and sent with the piece or pieces so that I can ensure that your property is handled professionally and with the utmost care. These forms can be found on my website here or can be emailed to you. I will contact you as soon as I have received the commission and can keep you informed on the progress of the commission. Please note that a fee will be charged to the agreed price covering the shipping, packing, and insurance (if desired, but still highly recommended) to return your finished product. Packing your commission involves the use of foam to support appendages and weapons attached to the figure to ensure they do not snap or bend. The finished piece will also be wrapped in small bubble warp and put into a priority box with packing for shipment.

-Commission requests, sans miniature
What does this mean? There are many people who love to play RPGs that require a single miniature. Some people never find that one perfect mini. If desired, I can make that happen for you. Let me do the ground work and find, kit-bash, or have sculpted the perfect miniature for your character. Be it Druid or grunt, human or goblin. Of course some orders may be difficult BUT NOT IMPOSSIBLE. We may have to discuss in further your desired commission and what we can do to put it in your hands.

-My content agreement policy:
As discussed previously, I have a content agreement policy with my commissions that is similar to a return policy. Here is how it goes. When I present your finished piece or send you photos, you will be in a content agreement and we finish our business or you are in a disagreement with the finished product. If you are not happy with the finished product you do not have to pay me the remainder of the commission till I correct what issues you have with the commissioned piece. Depending on the severity of the disagreement, no additional fees will be attached with exception to repainting the figure from the start or having to take apart or adding to the original commission as this would entail more hours of work. Simply repainting a small portion of the miniature or adding details or removing details would not be an issue and I would not charge you.
My insurance policy, like many basic insurance policies, provides you with a coverage that if anything happens (chips, parts fall off, some act of God) I will gladly take back the piece and repair it. This will be an additional charge at the end of the contract that we agree on.

-Insurance*:
Single piece $1.00
Large or Vehicle $3.00
Squad or army (depending on size of figures) $10.00 - $15.00
Oversized piece (anything at 12 inches or taller) $10.00
Terrain (depending on size) $5.00 to $20.00
Table (depending on size) $20.00 to $ 50.00

*all prices on insurance are negotiable based on size and number of pieces or size of table (2x2 to 4x6).
